We bought this from a retired farmer in Milton. We moved it and built it ourselves with volunteer help. Lots of hours spent last season getting this green house ready. We have three 60 feet zones where we do succession plantings. With our three years of experience, we are confident that you can get fresh greens and veggies in January in an unheated green house.

We planted these salad greens in October 2011 in our unheated, doorless hoop house. From March onward, we have done 5 picks of fresh organic greens for our families and volunteers. The uneven growth is due to a flood.  We have bunds to protect our beds now.

Yellow Pear, Green Cherry, Red Sweet Pepper pickled. We had an abundance of produce from Minton Farm. We couldn’t sell it.  And we couldn’t find labour to harvest and store. So we decided to test pickles 30 of the 80 vegetables.
