Lettuce and Mustard greens
Cold lovers are doing great inside the hoophouse.
Kale from Peel Organics and Broccolli from Farmer Katie are thriving inside.
Our own lettuce is doing great as well as spinach and Ceylon onions.

Acorn Squash
Waltham Broccoli
Acorn squash were planted as part of our 3 sisters experiment. They produced average sized squash. They will be used with Casava to make a yellow curry.
Waltham Broccoli was planted in late June and there were no activities until the nights started getting colder.
We are getting some beautiful Broccoli. We continue to harvest as they keep on producing new shoots.

Waltham Broccoli
We planted these Waltham Broccolli a bit late.
They didn’t produce any shoots until middle of August when the nights got bit colder.
Some bolted way too quickly. We will attempt to grow a fall/winter crop inside the green house.
